In 1998 Michael Lombardi formed Lombardi Contracting Corporation after a successful career with Hyatt Hotels.

Within a year, Lombardi completed its first major hotel renovation at the prestigious Hilton Torrey Pines. Since then, Lombardi Contracting has expanded its reach and services from its roots in Southern California to operate throughout the Western United States including Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Washington.
