Completed in 2013, The Hyatt Regency Monterey Conference Center enlisted Lombardi to breathe new life into their Conference Center and Monterey Grand Ballrooms.

Included in this renovation were prefunction areas and restrooms, new structural concrete infills, new geometric ceiling details, complete millwork and glazing replacement along with carpet, painting and wall-covering.
