Performed in 2015, the San Jose Marriott renovation included 512 guest rooms and corridors, as well as, a full renovation of the first floor public areas.   

 Guest rooms scope included: liquidation, demolition of existing finishes, bathroom and closet doors, carpet, paint, wall covering, millwork, new bath accessories, wood touch up, backlit vanity mirrors, installation of new FF&E, and ADA upgrades. 

Public areas scope included full renovation of the Lobby, Prefunction, and Porte Cochere. Scope of work included: demo of existing finishes and millwork, all new millwork, new metal railings, new tile and stone, new carpet, paint, wallcovering, lighting, and FF&E installation.
