Located in one of the most ideal locations in the world, the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines needed a facelift to match its scenic beauty.

This project, performed in 2012/13 included the renovation of 396 guest rooms and adjacent corridors. The entire scope of work included: liquidation, demolition of existing finishes, demolition and replacement of existing bathroom drywall, framing, carpet, paint, wall covering, new millwork vanities, new tile and stone, conversion of tubs to showers, new shower glass, new bath accessories, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical fixtures, installation of new FF&E, and ADA upgrades.
