The Marriott Irvine had a big vision, and they needed a partner who could help them achieve their goals and realize that vision.

 This project called for the renovation of 496 guest rooms and adjacent corridors. Also included in the entire scope: liquidation, demolition of existing finishes, demolition and replacement of existing drywall, framing, luxury vinyl plank flooring in entries, paint, wall covering, new millwork vanities, new millwork closets, new bathroom barn doors, new tile and stone, conversion of tubs to showers, new shower glass, new bath accessories, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical fixtures, new occupancy sensors, installation of new FF&E, and ADA upgrades.
